On the search engine's Overview page, scroll down to Search features. In the Region section, select your desired country or region from the drop down list. (Optional) If you want to restrict search results exclusively to the selected region, toggle On or Off to enable or disable Region-restricted results.

To give you the most useful information, Search algorithms look at many factors and signals, including the words of your query, relevance and usability of pages, expertise of sources, and your location and settings. The weight applied to each factor varies depending on the nature of your query.

Indexing. After a page is crawled, Google tries to understand what the page is about. This stage is called indexing and it includes processing and analyzing the textual content and key content tags and attributes, such as <title> elements and alt attributes, images, videos, and more.

Search engines work by crawling hundreds of billions of pages using their own web crawlers. These web crawlers are commonly referred to as search engine bots or spiders.
