Make sure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on, and that it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want to use for your camera. Try to set up your camera again in the app. If the help code still appears, and you're using the app on a phone, reboot your device and check if that fixes the issue.

Use the reset button It's between the power cord and the camera neck. Insert a paper clip, thumbtack or similar into the hole. Press and hold down.

Check your camera's distance to the router Try to move your camera closer to your Wi-Fi router or access point, then try connecting your camera to the app again. If your camera pr doorbell is already mounted, and you can't move it easily, try to move your Wi-Fi router or access point closer to your camera instead.
